Ping BHT Chrome Extension — Privacy Policy

What This Extension Does

The Ping BHT — PBS Injector extension allows American Airlines pilots who have a Ping BHT account to load their saved bid layers directly into the AA PBS bidding system at pilotpbs.aa.com.

Data We Collect

• Phone number — entered by you during sign-in to verify your Ping BHT account via SMS.
• Session token — a secure token issued after verification, stored locally in Chrome's storage on your device. Used to authenticate requests to textping.ai.
• Payment information — if you purchase a bid-month unlock ($4.99 one-time, not a subscription), payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we record only that the unlock was purchased. See Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not collect browsing history, page content, keystrokes, or any data from pilotpbs.aa.com other than confirming that the PBS application is loaded.

How Data Is Used

• Your phone number is used once to send a verification code via SMS. It is stored on textping.ai servers solely to link your extension session to your BHT account.
• Your session token is stored in Chrome local storage on your device and sent to textping.ai on each request to authenticate you and retrieve your saved bid layers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Ping BHT service to you.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can sign out of the extension at any time using the Sign out button in the extension panel. This removes your session token from Chrome local storage immediately. To delete your account data from our servers, contact us at support@textping.ai.

Security

All communication between the extension and textping.ai is encrypted via HTTPS. Session tokens are cryptographically random and expire after 90 days.
