TWO-TIER NATIONAL COVERAGE
FLOCK MODE separates exact public-source records from approximate agency deployment records. Community-mapped OpenStreetMap points are unverified; agency records describe a jurisdiction, not a camera location. Nothing here establishes that a camera is active. Pulse never accesses private Flock systems, live feeds, plates, vehicles, or people.

FLOCK ZIP alerts

Get a text when a newly documented exact camera record or approximate agency deployment is matched to your ZIP. Agency deployment texts are always labeled as approximate, not camera locations.

Verify a phone number, then activate your existing Pulse SMS subscription to use ZIP alerts.

FLOCK operations

PUBLIC DATA ONLY
CAMERA-ONLY MODE
  • National circles summarize exact records without sending every point to your browser.
  • Agency deployments are approximate jurisdiction records, never camera pins.
  • Zoom in to inspect official, community-mapped, AI-verified, and corroborated exact records.
  • Open any record for its trust label, precision, and source citations.

Coverage doctrine

FAIL CLOSED
Exact and approximate records stay separate.
Official exact points come from jurisdiction datasets. Nationwide community-mapped points come from OpenStreetMap and remain unverified. EFF Atlas records document approximate agency deployments, not camera locations. Full snapshots are count-checked and uniquely keyed before prior records can be retired. OSM data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL.

Photo reports are a separate trust tier: Community / AI-verified. Photos with people, readable plates, or private residences are rejected and are not retained.
