Ping AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides access to an artificial intelligence service ("Ping AI") via text message (SMS) at +1 (740) 898-7464. By using Ping AI, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Service

Ping AI is an AI-powered conversational tool that generates responses based on large language models. All information, answers, advice, suggestions, role-playing, summaries, translations, or any other content provided by Ping AI is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, hallucinations, or biased content.

2. No Professional Advice

The information provided by Ping AI is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should never be considered, professional, legal, medical, financial, investment, psychological, therapeutic, or any other form of certified advice. You should never rely on Ping AI responses as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals (e.g., attorneys, doctors, financial advisors, licensed therapists, etc.).

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ping AI LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any information provided by Ping AI
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incompleteness in the AI-generated responses
• Any decisions, actions, or inactions you take (or fail to take) based on Ping AI responses
• Any loss, injury, damage, or harm (financial, emotional, physical, legal, or otherwise) resulting from use of the service

Use of Ping AI is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and applicability of any information received from Ping AI. You agree to independently confirm critical information through reliable, human-verified sources before acting on it.

5. No Warranty

Ping AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Subscription & Billing

Ping AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting "CANCEL" or managing your subscription through the link provided. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. SMS Compliance

By texting Ping AI, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of all messages, HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on your activity and subscriptions.

8. Content Filtering

Ping AI employs content filtering to comply with SMS regulations. Content related to restricted categories (as defined by carrier guidelines) may be filtered or declined.

By texting Ping AI or accessing the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ping AI.
